Terms of use

Znak — The agreement between you and the developer

Last updated 25 August 2026

By using Znak you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

What Znak is

Znak is an unofficial study aid for the Polish driving-licence theory examination. It reproduces the structure, timings and scoring of the official test and presents questions from the public Ministry of Infrastructure catalogue. It is not the examination, it is not connected to any examination system, and a result here has no legal effect.

Licence to use

You are granted a free, personal, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the app for your own study. You may not resell it, redistribute its bundled catalogue as your own product, extract its data in bulk, or present the app or its content as an official examination service.

Advertising

The mobile apps are paid for by advertising, supplied by Google AdMob. Ads are never shown during an exam or practice session, and never in front of a result. You may remove them for 24 hours at a time by watching a rewarded video — an offer, not a gate: no part of the app is locked whether you accept it or not. We do not choose which ads Google serves and cannot endorse what they promote.

Ownership

The question text, photographs and video clips are © Ministerstwo Infrastruktury RP and come from the public catalogue at gov.pl. They are reproduced unedited.

The application itself — its code, interface, name and artwork — is © Ronaldo Roy.

No affiliation

Znak is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Ministerstwo Infrastruktury, WORD, PORD, or any other public body of the Republic of Poland.

No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the catalogue is complete or current, that translations are free of error, or that the app will be uninterrupted. Passing a simulation here is not a prediction of passing the real examination.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any examination outcome, examination fee, lost time or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Availability and changes

The app may be updated, changed or discontinued at any time. Continued use after a change to these terms means you accept the revised version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live. Contact: info@ronaldoroy.com.
