Znak — Where this differs from the real exam

Last updated 25 August 2026

Znak is built to be faithful to the official examination, and it is honest about where it is not.

The Polish text is the authority

Questions are reproduced from the ministry catalogue without editing. Where a translation exists it comes from that same catalogue; where it does not, the field falls back to Polish. English and Polish cover the whole bank, German misses one question, and Ukrainian covers roughly two thirds. In any disagreement, the Polish original is what counts — the examination is sat in Polish unless you have arranged otherwise.

The catalogue is a snapshot

The edition shipped with this app is shown on every screen. The ministry republishes the catalogue periodically, so before your examination check the current edition at gov.pl.

Timings follow the regulation

Timings and scoring reproduce Rozporządzenie Ministra Infrastruktury of 24.11.2023 (Dz.U. 2023 poz. 2659, § 19): 32 questions, 74 points, pass at 68. The behaviour of the terminal you sit at in a WORD centre may differ in detail — Znak lets you answer from the first second, which the real terminal does not.

Media may be missing

Some questions carry a photograph or a video clip. Where a file is unavailable on this installation, the exam simulation will not draw that question at all, so a simulated exam is never unanswerable; in practice mode a placeholder is shown instead.

No guarantee

This is a practice tool. It cannot promise you a pass, and your result here has no official standing.
